(Orc Week 3)
Well, thanks to the hubster, we are right on schedule (I THINK)!
- Our Arabascato Gold floors are in.
- Vanity is installed.
- Toilet is installed.
- Above toilet cabinet has been painted and installed.
- Hardware for vanity has been painted.
I spent quite some time painting the vanity’s original chrome hardware COPPER. I used Rub N Buff’s “Antique Copper” (which hardly looks like your typical “antique copper”. It’s more of a “red penny” copper which is exactly the look I’m going for).
I just LOVE how the copper handles look against the gray!!
We are moving right along. My only concern is getting that GORGEOUS Phylrich copper sink faucet in time.
I was on Instagram the other day and an ad for artwork popped up. They had SO MANY beautiful pics and paintings!
So in addition to the already selected artwork, I’m adding this one...
Isn’t she beautiful! I think it’ll look GORGEOUS with my copper fixtures!
And this rug from Anthropologie will tie all the copper tones together.
I love mixing textures and patterns so here is one more element to peek your interest ;) ....
In some ways I feel right on schedule and in other ways I’m like, “Baaaaaaaahhhh...I have so much to do!”
But regardless, it’s all been fun and I have to say thank you to all my faithful readers for following me along on this journey! Be sure to follow the other ORC GUESTS. You'll be sooooo inspired!
